Butter and Ghee
Butter: Grass-fed butter, from cows grazing on rapidly growing grass in the spring and fall, is highly nutritious and contains many fat soluble vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E and vitamin K, which are all necessary for healthy bones, proper development of the brain and nervous system and for reproductive health. Butter is delicious and deeply nourishing and when added to vegetables, soups and sauces, ensures proper assimilation of water soluble vitamins and minerals found in meat, vegetables and grains. They also confer many health benefits and play an important role in numerous biological functions throughout the body and contain strong antimicrobial properties, which protect us from viruses, yeasts and pathogenic bacteria in the gut.
